We currently only post to Australian addresses.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes, once dispatched within 24hrs a tracking number will be emailed to you.

I'm missing an item

We are human and occasionally these things happen. Please contact us with a photo of the packing slip and order received so we can investigate the problem and resolve it.

I received the wrong order

Please let us know with the invoice number and a photograph of the order received and we get the correct items to you asap.

Is the packaging recyclable or compostable?

We send our products in a range of materials prioritising minimal plastic where possible. Cardboard can be added to the compost bin, garden or recycling bin. Packing peanuts break down with water applied so can go onto the garden. Plastics are made from recycled materials and where possible we encourage you to return them to a soft plastic recycling service near you. If you are unable to find somewhere for the plastics please return them to us.

Will my goods arrive safely?

We carefully pack you products to ensure that they are well padded for transport. If you have any issues with delivery please let us know asap so we can fix the matter.

I changed my mind, can I return it?

We are unable to accept returns and we encourage you to gift the item to a friend or family member.

My item was damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days with photographs so we can arrange a replacement.

Can I get a refund on my order?

All sales are final however if there is an issue with product quality then please let us know within 7 days.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. If there is a delay to service then we will let you know and not leave you wondering or waiting :)

Where is my confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder and if it still cannot be found then please contact us so we can check all is well with your order.

Can I change my order?

If we have not yet dispatched your order then we are able to make adjustments. Any prices differences will incur a charge to the orginal payment method. Once an order is dispatched we are unable to change it.

Do you have a physical store to pickup my order?

We are an online only store so no pickups available sorry to say.
